Job summary

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Consultant to manage a complex portfolio with empathy and judgment. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on claims experience, leading investigations, and guiding strategy to timely resolutions.

This full life-cycle WC adjuster position operates within a TPA environment. Hybrid work is preferred in Maitland, FL, with remote consideration. Strong development opportunities for advancement available.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Adjuster’s license and experience required (FL).

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust claims per standards and laws.
• Establish reserves and provide reserve recommendations.
• Review and oversee medical, legal, and damage invoices; negotiate disputed bills.
• Authorize payments within authority and procedures; ensure timely settlements.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and supervise designated claim files.
• Prepare reports detailing status, payments and reserves.
• Communicate effectively with clients, claimants and parties throughout the process.
