Job summary

Grady Health System seeks an experienced HCM Senior System Analyst – Workday in Atlanta to lead system optimization across HR, Benefits, and Payroll workflows. You will design, test, and implement Workday solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy while partnering with HR Operations, IT, and leadership.

The role requires extensive Workday experience, including benefits, core HCM, reporting, and change management, with hybrid in-office days in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRIS or HCM experience required.
• 7+ years of hands-on Workday Benefits and Core HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on Workday Reporting and Data Validation experience.
• Experience leading or supporting Workday Open Enrollment.
• Experience with Workday Releases and Change Management processes.
• Experience with EIBs, Workday reporting tools, and business process configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Workday Benefits, Core HCM, MSS, ESS, and Reporting.
• Support Benefits and HR Operations by resolving production issues and providing day-to-day functional support.
• Partner with Benefits, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
• Lead and coordinate Workday Open Enrollment activities, including configuration validation, testing, and issue management.
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and data validations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Create and execute test plans, test scripts, UAT, and regression testing for system enhancements and releases.
• Perform data audits and validation activities to ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
• Support Workday releases, system upgrades, business process improvements, and regulatory audit requirements.
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and continuous improvement across Benefits and HCM functions.
• Maintain documentation, configuration records, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
