The role emphasizes strategic planning, client relationship management, and cradle-to-grave implementations across diverse engagements. The ideal candidate will have Workday certification, prior Workday HCM leadership experience, and a background in management consulting.

Qualifications

• Workday certification with Core HCM is a must.
• Prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead with Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll.
• Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation.
• Institutional strategic planning; project financial management; client executive relationship management; cradle-to-grave implementations.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation engagements for clients.
• Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Travel up to 50% to support client engagements.
