Huron Consulting Group seeks a Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager to lead data conversion and reporting efforts for Workday HCM and Financials implementations. The Manager-level position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with Workday certifications in relevant areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion.
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Data Conversion, or related areas.

Responsibilities
