Responsibilities

• Process wire transfers accurately and efficiently, handling high volumes.
• Balance accounts and wire totals, and support daily processing tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to policies.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to fulfill client requests.
• Investigate potential suspicious activity and assist with fraud cases as needed.
• Participate in audits and training new staff on procedures.
