Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of enterprise Windows systems administration.
- Experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 or 2025.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and file services.
- Scripting/automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Ansible.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments on‑prem and Azure.
- Monitor server health, capacity, performance, availability, and utilization.
- Perform OS patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening.
- Support VMware vSphere and cloud-hosted infrastructure; participate in 24x7 on‑call rotation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and collaborate across teams.
