Job summary

ADT is seeking a Windows Platform Analyst to support enterprise compute platforms in a hybrid environment (on‑prem data centers and GCP). This hands‑on role focuses on day‑to‑day operations, administration, and support of Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, and cloud compute services.

You will implement runbooks, perform patching, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, available infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years in IT operations or Windows administration.
• Hands-on Windows Server experience.
• Experience with VMware virtualization.
• Experience in enterprise IT/data centers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Windows Server-based compute platforms across on‑prem and cloud.
• Install and configure Windows Server systems.
• Provision VMs in GCE and VMware environments.
• Monitor, patch, and troubleshoot Windows environments.
• Participate in 24x7 on‑call rotation.
• Follow runbooks and IaC templates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams.
• Maintain documentation and security compliance.
