Job summary

ADT is seeking a Cloud & Citrix Engineer to design, engineer, and operate Citrix CVAD/DaaS across on‑prem, colocation, and Google Cloud in a hybrid footprint. You will integrate with VMware, HCI, and GCE, delivering scalable, secure workloads.

Partner with architecture, cloud, network, and security teams to ensure high availability. Likely requires after-hours support and documentation of designs and runbooks for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience supporting and engineering Citrix environments in enterprise production.
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure across on‑prem and public cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Citrix DaaS/CVAD across hybrid environments including on‑prem and Google Cloud.
• Engineer and support Citrix core components: Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Cloud Connectors, MCS, PVS, Workspace.
• Design, configure, and support NetScaler/ADC and gateway services for secure remote access, load balancing, and SSL/TLS.
• Engineer and support VMware ESXi/vCenter foundations.
• Support HCI platforms with performance tuning and lifecycle management.
• Operate cloud-native compute workloads using Google Compute Engine (GCE) and integrate with networking and monitoring.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex incidents across Citrix, compute, network, storage, and identity.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, designs, diagrams, and operational standards.
