Job summary

ADT is seeking a Storage Platform Analyst to support and operate enterprise storage across data centers and hybrid infrastructure. The role emphasizes hands-on operations, monitoring, provisioning, and troubleshooting for SAN, NAS, and HCI platforms.

You will follow runbooks, provide L1/L2 support, and participate in 24x7 on‑call rotations. The ideal candidate has foundational storage knowledge, experience with NetApp, Isilon, Unity, or HPE Alletra, and a proactive approach to data protection

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT field.
2–5+ years IT operations/storage support experience.
Exposure to enterprise storage platforms or data center environments.
Experience supporting production systems and incident response.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of enterprise storage environments (SAN, NAS, HCI).
Provision and manage storage resources (volumes, LUNs, file shares, exports).
Perform routine storage administration including monitoring, capacity tracking and validations.
Support NetApp, Isilon/PowerScale, Unity, HPE Alletra platforms under guidance.
Assist with basic SAN zoning, masking, and WWPN validation.
Monitor connectivity types: FC, iSCSI, DAS, NVMe; follow runbooks.
