Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Windows Platform Analyst to support enterprise compute platforms across on‑prem and cloud environments, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role focuses on day‑to‑day operations, administration, and support of Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, and cloud‑based compute services.

You will follow runbooks, perform patching and monitoring, and collaborate with security and network teams to ensure stable and secure infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years in IT operations or Windows administration.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware).
• Experience in enterprise IT or data centers.

Responsibilities

• Operate Windows Server environments on‑prem and cloud (GCP).
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems.
• Provision and manage VMs in GCE and VMware.
• Monitor, patch, and troubleshoot Windows platforms.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Follow runbooks and IaC templates.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and middleware teams.
• Support 24x7 on‑call rotation.
