ADT Security Services is seeking a Cloud & Platform Analyst to support enterprise compute platforms across a hybrid on‑prem and Google Cloud environment. You will work with GCE, VMware and Linux systems, following established standards and collaborating with DevOps teams.

The role emphasizes day‑to‑day operations, incident response, and automation via IaC, with on‑call rotations and a focus on secure, scalable infrastructure. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5+ years IT ops experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years IT operations, infrastructure support or cloud support roles.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) or virtualization.
• Experience supporting Linux-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of compute platforms across on-prem and cloud (GCP).
• Provision/configure/maintain VMs in GCE and VMware.
• Maintain hybrid infrastructure reliability, performance and security.
