Job summary

ADT is seeking a Citrix Analyst to support, operate, and optimize Citrix DaaS/VDI environments across on‑prem data centers, colocation facilities, and Google Cloud. The role emphasizes secure access, reliability, and performance, partnering with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.

You will work with VMware ESXi/vCenter, HCI platforms, and cloud-native compute on GCE, ensuring operational excellence and timely incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Citrix DaaS/CVAD and VDI across on‑prem and Google Cloud.
• Support on‑prem VMware ESXi/vCenter environments underpinning Citrix workloads.
• Assist with capacity planning and troubleshooting on HCI platforms.
• Support GCE for Citrix-hosted workloads.
• Administer Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Cloud Connectors, PVS, MCS, Workspace.
• Manage NetScaler/ADC and gateway components for secure access and load balancing.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents per procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis; participate in incident, problem, and change management via ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with network, identity, security, storage, and app teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
• Maintain runbooks, diagrams, and configuration standards.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call rotations and maintenance windows.
