Job summary

ENERCON invites applications for a Hybrid role focused on strategic supply chain and long-term availability of turbine components. You will collaborate with BU Service to secure parts, manage life-cycle phases, and monitor supplier and market changes impacting spare parts demand.

The position requires a degree in a related field and several years in project management, with strong technical understanding and fluency in English. Up to 60% mobile working and ENERCON Academy training are offered.

Qualifications

• PM experience and relevant education are required.
• Strong technical understanding and hands-on approach.
• Structured, independent work style with good organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term availability strategy for major components with BU Service.
• Ensure parts availability for Generator delivery units across turbine life cycle.
• Assess market and supply chain developments for spare parts demand.
• Plan schedules, resources, milestones, and report KPI results.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives within the area of responsibility.
• Identify operational risks and implement early warning systems.
