Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC seeks a Welding Sales Representative to promote welding products and services to new and existing customers. You will communicate features, performance advantages, and differentiators while tailoring solutions to customer needs and performing live demonstrations.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, travel across the USA, and collaboration with regional teams to grow a strong pipeline and meet strategic sales goals.

Qualifications

• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Willing to travel throughout the USA.
• Experience in the field and/or associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or German a plus.
• MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point; CRM 360 dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes new prospects through cold calls, trade shows, site visits.
• Generates new business opportunities from existing customers and other channels.
• Maintains current customers by staying in touch and addressing needs quickly.
• Develops product knowledge to perform sales demonstrations and discuss equipment with weld operators, engineers and management.
• Demonstrates welding equipment and conducts product trials on-site or at Fronius USA facilities.
