Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive welding technology solutions across the USA. You will implement the Welding Sales Strategy using solution-based selling and consultative techniques, demonstrating the value of Fronius products to new and existing customers.

The role requires travel, strong communication with weld operators, engineers, and management, and the ability to build a robust sales pipeline while coordinating with regional managers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; field experience valued.
• Must be able to travel across the USA; valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Establishes new prospects via cold calls, trade shows, site visits, and other channels.
• Generates opportunities from existing customers and other sources.
• Develops product expertise to perform demonstrations and customer discussions.
• Organizes resources for prospects and customers; conducts demonstrations and trials.
• Maintains CRM records and builds a robust sales pipeline.
