Job summary

FreedomCare is seeking a Welcome Specialist in Missouri to help clients and caregivers finalize enrollment, schedule orientations, and navigate the enrollment process. You will conduct remote orientations, review I-9 documents, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new enrollees.

The role requires strong customer service, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service with empathy and motivation to help clients.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages) desired.
• Independent self-starter with excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily calendar appointments by confirming and conducting scheduled calls.
• Conduct remote orientations with caregivers and patients via phone.
• Review documents for employment verification I-9.
• Formally welcome the patient and finalize enrollment documents.
• Explain policies and procedures to clients.
