Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Experience in high-volume inbound call centers (2+ years).
Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Medflyt, and Verint.
Strong verbal and written communication; active listening and patience.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound calls about time-off, payroll, and care requests.
Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans on time-sensitive inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality call reviews.
Input accurate data into CRM systems and update records.
Screen patients and caregivers for additional programs and benefits to assist patients.
Maintain reliable schedules with 2 weeks' notice for planned in advance.
De-escalate dissatisfied callers and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution.
