Job summary

FreedomCare is hiring a Welcome Specialist in Missouri for a Hybrid role; 4 days remote and 1 day in our Springfield or St. Charles office, Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM. You will guide new enrollees, coordinate with clients, caregivers, and internal teams to ensure successful setup.

The role focuses on patient and caregiver onboarding, enrollment verification, and policy explanations, with a strong emphasis on customer service and empathy. Fluency in English, Spanish or other languages is preferred.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service with empathy and motivation to help clients.
• Enthusiasm to support and educate clients.
• Independent self-starter with strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily calendar appointments by confirming and conducting scheduled calls.
• Conduct remote orientations with caregivers and patients via phone.
• Explain how to access and sign the application via DocuSign and provide enrollment instructions.
• Review documents for employment verification I-9 and finalize enrollment.
