Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing technology systems, improving business processes, and coordinating technology projects or
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant evaluative/analytical experience in managing technology systems and projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support technology systems used by the Public Transportation Office.
• Design, maintain and improve tools supporting grant administration, data collection and reporting.
• Analyze workflows to improve efficiency and coordinate technology projects with internal/external partners.
• Develop and deliver training and guidance on systems, reporting and web tools.
