Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing technology systems and improving business processes, or a bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant work.
• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, or related field, with capacity for knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support grant management and digital systems used by the Public Transportation Office.
• Design, maintain and improve technology tools that support grant administration, data collection, reporting and operational needs.
• Analyze workflows to improve efficiency and coordinate with staff to meet technology needs.
• Evaluate and manage technology solutions including business intelligence and automation.
• Provide technical assistance and system support to staff and statewide users.
• Manage internal and external web content and ensure accessibility and accuracy.
• Lead technology and web projects from requirements to implementation, including procurement and coordination.
