Job summary

The Oregon Department of Transportation's Public Transportation Office is seeking a Web and IT Systems Coordinator to manage and improve the division’s business systems, websites and collaboration tools, including OPTIS grants management, Cognito Forms, SharePoint, Smartsheets, and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing technology systems and coordinating technology projects.
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of related experience in managing technology systems is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support grant management and digital systems used by the Public Transportation Office.
• Design, maintain and improve technology tools for grant administration, data collection, reporting and operational needs.
• Analyze workflows and design technology-based solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Evaluate and manage technology solutions including BI, automation, collaboration and emerging technologies.
• Provide training, guidance and technical support to staff.
