Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking a Web and IT Systems Coordinator to manage and improve the division's business systems, websites, and collaboration tools. You’ll administer tools like OPTIS, Cognito Forms, SharePoint, and Smartsheets, while leveraging Power BI for reporting and analytics.

You will work with staff to translate needs into practical tech solutions, provide training, and ensure governance, accessibility, and regulatory alignment across projects.

Formación

• Five years of experience managing technology systems, improving business processes, and coordinating technology projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, data analytics, computer science, or related field with two years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support grant management and digital systems used by the Public Transportation Office.
• Design, maintain and improve technology tools that support grant administration, data collection, reporting and operational needs.
• Analyze workflows to improve efficiency, coordination, and service delivery through technology.
• Evaluate and manage technology solutions including BI, automation, collaboration and emerging tech.
• Provide technical assistance and system support to staff and statewide users.
• Oversee internal and external web content ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Lead technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, procurement and coordination.
• Develop and deliver training and guidance related to systems and tools.
• Maintain data governance, security and content review processes.
• Ensure technology aligns with policies, accessibility, and procedures.
