Qualifications

• 5+ years of Web UI Developer experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing web operations for multiple sites in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to triage tickets and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong CMS knowledge and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript concepts.
• Proficient in design handoffs and prototyping tools; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CMS, publishing workflows, and daily website updates.
• Partner with tech and UX teams to implement new functionalities.
• Analyze web analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prioritize web production backlog and meet SLAs.
• Execute Figma designs, define reusable UI patterns for timelines.
• Support landing pages, campaigns, and personalization efforts.
• Coordinate with business, content, and brand teams to align updates.
