Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Content & Website Coordinator to support content migrations, CMS publishing, accessibility QA, and site governance on remote projects. The role covers regional and conference websites, with a focus on WCAG compliance and publishing within established templates.

You will coordinate stakeholders in Asana, track tasks to deadlines, and drive improvements in information architecture and content operations, ensuring timely launches and consistent quality for client

Qualifications

• Website content migration and content operations experience.
• Content inventory and audit execution.
• CMS publishing and page configuration proficiency.
• Content governance and process documentation.
• Accessibility and QA reviews aligned to WCAG.
• Stakeholder coordination and project tracking.
• Information architecture and content organization.
• Process improvement and SOP creation.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch eight Region Board websites in 2026, including content audits, preparation, publishing, accessibility reviews, and QA.
• Support eight Regional Meeting informational websites for upcoming conferences.
• Plan and execute content migrations, including inventories and tracking documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage tasks in Asana to maintain timelines.
• Conduct WCAG accessibility and QA reviews with documented outcomes.
• Prepare launch readiness checklists and provide launch support.
• Establish governance, workflows, and SOPs for long-term site operations and maintenance.
• Configure pages and publish content in the CMS within established templates.
• Organize information architecture and improve processes for content operations.
