Job summary

Arete Consultants Pvt. Ltd. seeks a CMS & Technical Operations Specialist to manage website/CMS activities, provide technical support, and coordinate with international clients. The role requires hands-on CMS experience and strong ticket-management skills.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with technical teams and manage requests for US-based and international clients, ensuring SLA adherence and quality documentation. Hybrid work setup in Delhi NCR is preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in CMS, website operations, technical support or IT service operations.
Hands-on experience with a CMS platform.
Experience with Zendesk, Jira or similar ticketing tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SSL, CSR and IP whitelisting.
Understanding of web/server operations and technical troubleshooting.
Strong documentation, communication and task-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

Manage website content updates, publishing, pages, banners, forms and other components.
Provide support and manage operational requests for US-based and international clients.
Update directories, profiles, calendars, events and downloadable resources.
Handle bulk uploads, resource linking and broken-link fixes.
Perform basic HTML/CSS and website formatting updates.
Conduct website QA and support accessibility/content-quality improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
