Job summary

Kleinfelder seeks a Water and Wastewater Business Development Manager to drive growth in PA, NY, and NJ. Hybrid work is possible; travel within the region is required. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and lead multi-disciplinary projects for public and private water infrastructure clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in client management and 10-15 years in project management within engineering. PE preferred; strong technical and commercial acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client management experience in consulting engineering or related services.
• 10-15 years of total professional and project management experience.
• Business development experience in water/wastewater/municipal infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal efforts and develop capture plans.
• Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM data and assist in project delivery coordination.
• Identify and mitigate risks and commercial terms during the lifecycle.
