Qualifications

• 5+ years of client management experience in a engineering context.
• 10-15 years of total professional and project management experience in a consulting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support proposals and client capture plans across markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address service issues proactively.
