You will use LMS platforms, conduct new hire orientations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the facility. The role requires extensive training experience in a warehouse environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Assists in developing and implementing training programs.
• Experience with LMS and instructional design principles.
• Able to conduct new employee orientation on safety, policies and standards.
• Maintains training records and ensures ISO/OSHA compliance.
