Job summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. in Avon, Indiana seeks a Warehouse Trainer to design and deliver training programs for warehouse operations, safety, and quality.

You will lead new hire orientation, develop materials, and ensure records meet ISO/OSHA standards, driving safety and productivity across roughly 120 employees. The role requires 7+ years in warehouse operations (2+ years in training preferred) and strong facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive warehouse training programs.
• Conduct new employee orientation sessions on policies, safety, and standards.
• Train, evaluate, and certify warehouse employees.
• Create and maintain training materials on safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and leadership to support development objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency and productivity.
