Chesapeake Utilities Corporation in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee multiple locations, drive inventory accuracy, and lead a team in implementing warehouse standards. The role requires travel between sites to support operations and project priorities.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with other teams to improve efficiency and accuracy across the inventory lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• 5+ years in warehouse or inventory management preferred.
• Regular driver's license and forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse locations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of materials per SOPs.
• Manage end-to-end material flow from request to check-out; coordinate transfers between sites.
• Perform periodic inventory reconciliations and audits; generate inventory reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse processes and safety.
