Job summary

Clearwave Fiber seeks a Supervisor, Warehouse to lead daily operations in a corporate warehouse in Florida. You will oversee receipt, storage, transfer and distribution of materials to support field operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This role partners with Purchasing, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain; success requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a safety-focused culture, with occasional overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience with ERP/warehouse management systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing at all levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinating receipt, storage, transfer, and distribution of materials to support field operations.
• Monitor performance metrics like space utilization, turnaround time, and labor utilization.
• Ensure safety standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Transports material using company vehicle; some trips may require overnight stays.
• Lead warehouse supervisors and support staff; provide coaching and development.
