Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor in Florida. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and lead a team across multiple sites with travel as needed.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing material flow, maintaining inventory systems, and ensuring safety and compliance while partnering with other teams for efficient procurement and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• 5 years in warehouse or inventory management preferred.
• Regular driver's license and forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proficiency with enterprise inventory systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coaches, and develops warehouse staff across locations.
• Oversees end-to-end material flow and inventory control per SOPs.
• Manages inventory system functions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Coordinates cross-site transfers and requisition approvals.
• Ensures compliance with asset control, safety, and audits.
