Job summary

Emser Tile LLC is seeking a versatile Warehouse Representative & Customer Support hybrid at our local Seattle branch. The role combines warehouse operations with inside support, focusing on inventory integrity, order processing, and customer service excellence.

You will operate a forklift daily, manage intake to fulfillment processes, assist walk-in customers, and help maintain showroom and facility standards. Spanish/English bilingual ability is preferred, and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Strong relationship-building, composure under pressure, and open communication.
• Forklift certification and experience with a wet saw are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily warehouse operations from intake to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conducts daily inventory reconciliations and maintains inventory reports.
• Handle will-call customers and provide professional service throughout their experience.
• Operates a forklift to load/unload freight safely from trucks and customer vehicles.
• Answer phones, greet walk-ins, process pick slips, and support inside branch operations.
• Prepare sample boards for branch and customer showrooms and assist with showroom upkeep.
