Job summary

Emser Tile LLC is seeking a versatile Warehouse Representative & Customer Support for a hybrid role at our Pineville, NC location. The position focuses on seamless warehouse operations, inventory integrity, and excellent customer service, with forklift duties required daily.

Primary responsibilities include inventory receiving, labeling, stocking, and order fulfillment, along with supporting inside branch operations such as phone inquiries and walk-in customers. Forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in warehouse, design, or construction environments preferred.
• Forklift certification and experience operating a wet saw are a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language common to the area.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with reconciliations and reporting.
• Handle will-call customers and ensure professional service throughout their experience.
