Job summary

Emser Tile LLC, a national leader in ceramic tile and natural stone distribution, seeks a Hybrid Warehouse Representative & Customer Support at our Las Vegas area branch. You will manage warehouse operations, inventory integrity, and customer-facing order processing in a hybrid setting.

Forklift use and inventory accuracy are daily requirements. You’ll assist inside operations by handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting showroom activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily warehouse operations, inventory from intake to fulfillment in compliance with company policies.
• Performs daily inventory reconciliations and resolves discrepancies; maintains reports.
• Handle will-call customers and provide professional service throughout their experience.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload freight from trucks and customer vehicles.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and loading docks; assist with inside branch operations.
