Job summary

Emser Tile LLC in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Warehouse Representative & Customer Support Hybrid to run daily warehouse operations and support inside branches. The role requires forklift operation, inventory control, order processing, and enthusiastically serving customers.

You will manage intake, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory reconciliations, while answering calls, assisting walk-in customers, and supporting sales with product selection and pricing inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in warehouse, construction, design, or related environments preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset with accuracy and efficiency.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate a wet saw are a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations from intake (receiving, inspection, labeling, stocking) through fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping) per policy.
• Conduct daily inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies; generate inventory reports.
• Handle will-call customers and provide professional service.
• Perform inventory receiving, recording, issuing, and transporting goods while ensuring accuracy.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload freight safely from trucks and customer vehicles.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization; support showroom and loading docks.
