Job summary

Emser Tile LLC is seeking a Warehouse Representative & Customer Support hybrid role in Las Vegas. The position combines daily warehouse operations with inside customer support, including order entry and basic showroom tasks.

The role requires forklift operation, inventory control, and the ability to assist customers both in person and over the phone. Candidates should be prepared for an hourly schedule with potential for overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, labeling, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Conducts inventory reconciliations and generates inventory reports.
• Assist will-call customers and maintain professional service.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload freight and keep areas clean and safe.
• Support inside operations by handling phone inquiries, greet walk-in customers, and process pick slips.
