The role requires forklift use and involves assisting inside operations with order processing and customer inquiries.

You will interface with sales reps and customers, drive accurate order entry, and maintain inventory reports while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse environments or related field.
• Excellent organization and customer-focused mindset.
• Forklift certification and bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work in a hybrid warehouse/inside operations role.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily warehouse operations from intake to fulfillment per policies.
• Conducts inventory reconciliations and resolves discrepancies.
• Will-call customers handled with professional service.
• Operates forklift to load/unload freight.
• Supports inside branch operations including order entry and inquiries.
• Prepares basic sample boards for showroom display.
• Maintains showroom cleanliness and monthly inventory audits.
• Other duties to support customer service and warehouse ops.
