Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a VP & Workplace Community & Engagement Manager to lead enterprise-wide inclusion and engagement efforts. The role partners with senior leaders to advance diverse talent pipelines, employee engagement, and ERG programs across the organization.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, strategic advisory to leadership, and collaboration with HR and business units to embed inclusive practices throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of five years leading workplace inclusion, employee engagement, organizational development, talent management or related initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior leaders to drive organizational change and strategy.
• Experience using workforce metrics and analytics to guide decisions.
• HR certification and related credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide inclusion, retention and engagement strategies.
• Educate and partner with leaders to foster belonging and culture of inclusion.
• Lead ERG governance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning to support inclusive sourcing and development.
• Measure program impact with data, dashboards and employee feedback.
• Collaborate with CRA partners to advance community initiatives.
