Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a VP & Workplace Community & Engagement Manager to lead enterprise-wide inclusion and engagement strategies. You will partner with senior leaders to advance inclusion, strengthen diverse talent pipelines, and oversee Employee Resource Groups while leveraging data and partnerships to foster a thriving workplace.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical acumen, and collaboration across HR, risk, and operations to drive organizational culture and compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in workplace inclusion, engagement, or HR initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth ability to analyze workforce data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive change and programs.
• Knowledge of ERG governance and employee engagement initiatives.
• HR certifications or related professional credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide inclusion, retention and engagement strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Advise leadership on policies and practices to promote an inclusive workplace and compliance.
• Lead the Inclusive Leadership Team and oversee related initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development and business units throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Monitor workforce metrics and dashboards to measure impact and inform leadership.
• Coordinate ERG governance, budgeting, and annual goal setting.
• Partner with CRA and community stakeholders to strengthen outreach to underserved communities.
