Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years in commercial banking with minimum of 10 years of community association services industry exposure.
• Ability to launch and lead a team; prior experience building a vertical or book of business is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to provide a level of service which will clearly differentiate us from our competitors.
• Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude.
• Clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills with bank employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the strategic vision and growth plan for the Community Association and Property Management vertical.
• Establishes market expansion strategies, annual production goals, and performance metrics.
• Identifies and cultivates relationships with HOAs, condo/cooperative/mixed-use communities, and management firms.
• Develops referral networks with management firms, attorneys, CPAs, developers and board members.
• Serves as the primary business development officer for the vertical, generating new deposit and treasury opportunities.
• Represents the Bank at industry conferences and association events to generate opportunities.
• Partners with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Drives growth in operating accounts, reserve accounts, CDs, and escrow deposits.
• Collaborates with Treasury Management to increase product penetration and client retention.
• Develops strategies to capture large operating and reserve balances from associations and firms.
• Works with property management companies to establish multi-client banking relationships.
• Ensures differentiated treasury management experiences for boards and stakeholders.
• Maintains senior relationships with key clients and executive teams.
• Identifies opportunities to deepen deposits and lending relationships while managing risk.
