Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a seasoned sales/BD leader to drive growth with net new banners and logos across a portfolio of experiences. You will develop strategic sales plans, lead client engagements through proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close opportunities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Eligible for a growth commission bonus, with a base salary range that reflects experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 12+ years of related sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage a book of accounts generating ~ $10M+ revenue.
• Willing to consistently cold call and solicit new business.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Freeman’s complete portfolio and present offerings in professional services, events, conferences, activations, exhibits and retail.
• Proactively hunt net new banners and logos.
• Pursue agency professional services and enterprise solution selling.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels.
• Understand competitive landscape and market trends for large events and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with sales, account management and operations to implement targeted sales strategy.
• Develop relationships to enable seamless transition to account team after onboarding.
• Report on KPIs related to pipeline and growth.
