Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise planning, forecasting, long‑range planning, performance management and executive reporting.
• Experience in FP&A transformation, including process redesign, operating‑model evolution, technology deployment.
• Experience partnering with C‑suite leaders and presenting to executive leadership teams and Boards; able to synthesize complex information into a clear point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan and long‑range planning cycle.
• Direct the consolidation of divisional, product portfolio, geographic, and corporate plans into a unified enterprise outlook.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews covering revenue, volume, price, gross margin, operating expenses, cash flow and other drivers.
• Deliver board‑ready analyses and enterprise narrative highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Define FP&A technology roadmap spanning EPM, BI, data visualization, automation and analytics.
• Expand driver‑based forecasting, scenario modeling, and AI‑assisted insights with governance and controls.
