Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a senior FP&A leader to own enterprise planning, forecasting, and executive reporting from our Princeton, NJ headquarters. This role personalizes data-driven insights for the CFO and Board, guiding strategic decisions and capital allocation.

You will modernize FP&A with driver-based planning, analytics, and a governance framework, while managing a 15–20 person team in a hybrid environment. Bachelor's is required; MBA/CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A leadership and enterprise planning experience.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or life sciences setting preferred.
• Strong communication with C-suite and boards.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Oversee consolidation of divisional and corporate plans.
• Deliver board-ready analyses and insights.
• Drive FP&A technology roadmap and data governance.
• Lead a team of 15–20 professionals; hybrid on-site in Princeton.
