Job summary

Danny Wimmer Presents LLC is seeking a strategic Vice President and Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. This senior role requires delivering timely close, audits, and robust financial visibility in a fast-paced, events-driven environment.

You will build scalable processes, oversee NetSuite and treasury functions, partner with business leaders, recruit a high-performing team, and collaborate with the CFO on liquidity and strategic

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive accounting, including leadership roles.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, ASC guidance, and audit experience.
• Experience in multi-entity environments, treasury, and forecasting.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience and ERP integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting organization and ensure accurate, timely close and reporting.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with clear schedules and accountability.
• Oversee GL, AP, reconciliations, consolidations, and subsidiary reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Lead annual financial statement audit and coordinate with auditors.
• Oversee cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and banking admin.
• Drive finance systems roadmap including NetSuite optimization and automation.
• Partner with business leaders to improve financial visibility and decision-making.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing accounting team.
• Support CFO on liquidity planning and strategic finance initiatives.
