Job summary

Vibrant Ingredients is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead corporate accounting, reporting, consolidation and compliance. The role oversees monthly close, audits, policies, controls and master data governance, while supporting FP&A, budgeting and capital planning.

It partners with executives, private equity sponsors and cross-functional leaders to drive strategy and performance. In this high-visibility role, you will mentor a small finance team, deliver executive dashboards, and ensure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly close, ensuring timely and accurate results.
• Oversee financial statements, reconciliations, consolidations, and estimates.
• Produce executive, board, lender and management reporting packages.
• Lead corporate FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and management reporting for decision making.
• Manage CapEx planning, governance, and project spend tracking.
• Own finance master data governance across ERP and systems.
• Supervise and develop a finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
