Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Vocational Case Manager in the Columbus, OH area. This full-time, hybrid role requires travel to in-person appointments, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a performance-based bonus plan.

You will provide vocational assessments, coordinate medical input, and collaborate with healthcare and employer partners to facilitate return-to-work for injured workers. The position requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in vocational evaluation or related field,

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in vocational evaluation, special education, behavioral psychology, or related field.
• CRC, CCM, CDMS, LRC or CVE certifications required.
• Experience in workers' compensation preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook; reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and expertise to individuals with employment-related challenges.
• Assess readiness for employment and identify vocational alternatives.
• Coordinate medical assessments with treating physicians and therapists.
• Advise employers on job modifications based on medical limitations.
• Research and coordinate training programs to support return-to-work.
