Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Program Coordinator – VMO.
• Work experience with various software applications and databases.

Responsibilities

• Data Integrity & System Management: Execute accurate data entry, system cleanup, and maintain vendor records.
• Vendor & Procurement Support: assist with onboarding, due diligence, performance monitoring, and offboarding.
• Contract & Renewal Management: manage renewals, track expirations, assist negotiations.
• Reporting & Analysis: generate reports on vendor performance, spending, and compliance.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline VMO processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with IT, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to ensure policy adherence.
• Program Manager Support: provide administrative support, scheduling, and meeting prep.
