Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority in Hillsboro seeks a Client Services Coordinator (Operations and Policy Analyst 3) to lead efforts to enhance laboratory services and strengthen partnerships with public health partners.

You will develop policies, training, outreach tools, and resources to improve timeliness, accessibility, and quality; engage stakeholders; and oversee project lifecycles. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
• OR Seven years of experience with equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Experience developing policies and engaging stakeholders in public health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to enhance laboratory services and strengthen partner relationships.
• Develop and implement policies, outreach tools, and training resources.
• Coordinate with Local Public Health Authorities, healthcare systems and laboratories.
