Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in customer service environments.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process requests to add/modify supplier information in the vendor master.
• Perform compliance vetting including tax, sanctions, and risk checks; conduct vendor/payables research.
• Provide high-touch support to enable suppliers on procurement platforms, especially Coupa.
• Act as a change agent to improve processes within the operations value stream.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to influence positive outcomes.
